today's CCA is tough and fun man.... i like it but i like easy and fun more.... haha.. sigh.. today i am so suai... every time knock the pecks using the mallet, i will sometime miss the pecks and hit onto my leg... as if the mallet like my leg untill it keeps kissing my leg( knocking on my leg) lol... now i still in pain sia ... sigh.. jowee i should have followed your way man.... go and skipped... because there are very little people come.... lol... today is also like PT kept pumping here and there... like real.. lol.. only once at one shot give 20 pumping... lol.. but we did 20 plus seh... because of the timer say PL instead of PL... lol... nvm...just take as exercise... hehe... gtg lers...byes...
